You agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or unlawful content
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

4. Payments and Billing

By subscribing to our Service, you agree to:

• Pay all fees for your chosen subscription plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Keep your billing information current

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation and Termination

a. Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription by contacting support@chatfor.me. Access continues until the current billing cycle ends. No refunds for unused time.

b. Termination by Chat-for-Me

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations or unlawful conduct. We may delete associated data in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials available on Chat-for-Me, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and the design of the Service, are the property of Chat-for-Me or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We are not responsible for third-party services such as WhatsApp, cloud providers, or any network failures that may affect your access to the Service.

Chat-for-Me is not responsible for service interruptions due to external factors, including but not limited to WhatsApp outages, internet issues, or AI system downtimes.

9. Data Protection and Compliance

10. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partially used billing cycles. However, if you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge for a review. Any refund will be at our sole discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chat-for-Me from any claims, including those from third parties (such as WhatsApp, OpenAI, or customers), arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to comply with applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chat-for-Me, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you toChat-for-Me for services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in South Africa, Mpumalanga.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chat-for-Me concerning your use of the Service.
